Ashia McReynolds at CWC Care | Well-Being | Change
Hi! My name is Ashia McReynolds, MA, LMFT, LCADC.
Welcome and thank you for visiting the Clarity Wellness Center site.
Navigating through life requires learning, collecting tools, and coping skills that work for our individual lives. We sometimes, learn, to unlearn, to relearn and as an advocate of hope and change, collaboratively we can develop skills, expand thought, and perhaps revitalize hope for you to believe again. Believe again, in what? Yourself, your relationship, your dreams, hopes, and desires.
I work from an eclectic approach of therapeutic treatments and advocate for hope and change. I believe we can work together on the development of coping skills, new tools, and self-awareness in efforts to see situations clearer.
I believe therapy is an opportunity to gain clarity and through collaborative work, achieve your personal goals, and desires.
I am a fully Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC). I hold a Bachelor of Art degree in Multi-Disciplinaries - education, business and psychology from Regis University, a Master of Art degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Lincoln Christian University, and a current doctoral student at Northcentral University earning a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in military families and veterans. I am trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and work from an eclectic approach of modalities and therapeutic interventions in therapy.
